Turning 50 was not particularly great and I was at a low ebb for at least a couple of years with no real ideas why. I certainly wouldn’t wish that on anyone, so I decided to do something about it. Your 30 day Road Map to Feeling Fabulous is a brand new e-programme. It consists of 30 separate ‘lessons’ that pop into your inbox on a daily basis. I’ve based the content on what worked for me and for other ‘sufferers’ that I met along the way. Some of the lessons are quick, easy fixes that you can count on at any time. Others take a little longer, but the overall outcome will be that each step takes you nearer to appreciating who you are, what you’ve got and just how fantastic your life really is. It’s not all concentrated around clothing or image but includes many of the facets of life that are important to us as women. I know it works because each day I sat down to write it, a great smile came over my face. I’ve also kept the price low as I know that lack of funds can only exacerbate the problem. To begin your own journey to feeling really good about yourself will cost you just over £1 a day, half the price of a latte. To make it even more special, you have the opportunity to share experiences via a members only facebook group. How can you afford not to buy it?
I am sooooooo enjoying Sue’s roadmap. The best thing is the variety and treats galore – one day you get to eat anything you want (scone mix anyone?). Some days made me think deeply about where I was and how I had arrived here but without feeling I had failed and then another day I went and found something to make me laugh out loud. Actually, as I write I can see I have been given gifts in this project, free, no guilt presents, go laugh, go eat, go do something you love and so far at least I haven’t had to set any goals – bonus. I have a plan though, a little secret date I am hugging to myself and I think the anticipation is just as good for me as the actual event. Fortunately it has nothing to do with the outdoors so rain away! Gillian
