When you can’t go out, we need something else to fill the day.
I”ve never really been a nature lover.
I’m in my bliss when my head is stuck in a good book.
Or doing cryptic crosswords
Or bingeing on box sets – especially foreign thrillers with subtitles (my form of meditation!)
Or creating fabulously colourful dishes with fruit and veg – adore my salads
Or doing yoga, preferably the relaxing kind
And ‘Zooming” with my fabulous clients and colleagues.
So, I’m feeling grateful. I can do all of these things in my own home, and never get bored.
I appreciate it’s not so good for some of you.
Please hang in there. It too will pass.
